Personality

 

Putting a name to a face and sitting down to discuss the focus of the search is always the ideal first step. We appreciate that discussing these matters during the working day can often be difficult, so are always happy to meet for an initial discussion over a coffee outside of the traditional office hours.

We have established relationships with key decision makers in a variety of leading firms. We are regularly instructed on specific active roles but also acknowledge the value of speaking with our respective contacts on an initial ‘no name’ basis if a candidate has a sector specific background and/or client following. You would be amazed by how many opportunities never reach the stage of being advertised.

Experience

 

It is so often a very fine line between securing interviews and offers and just missing out. You therefore undoubtedly want to work with an agency that will be able to add value, momentum and experience to your search. Each consultant has completed a law degree and are either former solicitors or seasoned recruitment professionals.

Confidentiality

 

We will never approach any of our clients with your CV without your express consent. If you are working with other agencies we would urge you to ensure that all parties are adhering to the same policy.
